Tiger on my tummy.


Using this heat pack for the first time since I got it for my 31st birthday…

Woke up with the urge to unload all the buffet food I had last night and right after doing so, my stomach started churning that I felt like I cant stand straight and needed my stomach to be pressed!

I wasn’t sure what to make of it. Did I have bad food last night? Sudden ingestion of raw salmon? Perhaps the food were not very fresh? Or maybe it was so empty that it hurts? But I wAn’t even hungry!

Then my roommate Gale got home, and suggested I drink hot tea and she was very kind to make me a mug of green tea. She’s a nurse so she started probing me with symptoms and possible causes of pain. Then she suspected it could also be dysmenorrhea since I was still having my menses. And so suggested that I use the hot compress that she saw in my cabinet and even poured the hot water in the compress and prepared it for me.

Awwww… Thank You Lord for such kind and caring roommates! ❤️🙏

Split Ends be gone. #haircut


Finally had time to myself for a haircut. So I never tried Bench Fix Salon before and decided I should give it s shot. Just trimmed the edges and snipped away the split ends. Cut off about an inch of my hair length. I still feel like my hair is overly long but its alright for now. I’m already planning to cut it into a short bob next year. Problem is, my hairfall condition is worsening.

The hair stylist suggested I pay 1.5K for a hairfall treatment in which they placed a hot oil serum and massaged it into my scalp, leave it in for 15mins. And so I availed it, being kind of ashamed of my bad hair.

All in all, spent about 1.8k including the wash and cut. I really need to find other means of making sure my hair fall does not worsen. I’d have to do more research on what kind of supplements to take to make sure my hair roots are strong and doesn’t fall easily.

Not sure if you can see the end product since I was also wearing a black shirt.

Beautiful view and awesome breeze to cool the sweat! I really enjoyed running on the tracks made specially for the joggers and shared with bicycle riders too.


The only downside to it, is that you could see lots of trash along the coast, and of course, some parts of the sea actually smells horrifying and I suppose it was because it was also where the drainage is connected to.

I also tried out “penny” boarding, its the trend in the young teenagers nowadays. And I borrowed my teenage nieces’ penny board and gave it a go. The penny board can only carry a max of 80kg, and good thing I only weigh 56Kg max now. Hehehehehe. It was alright, I managed to balance myself at some point. But I think I’d choose roller blades over penny boards anytime!

The last run in this village!



Burned 130 calories in 18:12″ this morning! My last run here at Putra Heights. Since I did some Pump it Up aerobics this morning before the run, I decided I cut me some slack by not going 30minutes on the road. At least I made a 45minutes workout in total at the start of today! Yay! Thank You Lord for being my strength and my shield!

Its just waaay too hot outside even at 5:15pm! And I also think so much rice and noodles the past few days is really slowing me down. Gotta get back in shape after the vacay but am still trying to steal a few workouts too while on holiday.

Guilty! #stresseating #glutton


Weight check after a month of my successful weight loss, as expected, after 2 weeks of much pigging out and stress eating, I gained 1 kilo!!! 😩😩😩

From a good number of 52.2 kg, i gained exactly 1 kilo after a month! OMG!! I really gotta start watching my diet and controlling myself!
